Bio: I am mum to two big boys and one little girl. I breastfed all of them for varying lengths of time and each one was different and had its own challenges. I am a Health Visitor, an IBCLC and a Paediatric Nurse. I feel privileged to be in a position to help and support families in their journeys through early parenthood. Becoming a Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner perfectly compliments and adds an extra depth to the support I can now offer.
