Bio: I’m Claire, doula, hypnobirthing teacher and a very busy mum to three children. My own breastfeeding journeys have varied from exclusively expressing to breastfeeding to toddlerhood. My most challenging feeding experience was exclusively expressing for my middle daughter, who was born with a Cleft, diagnosed after she was born. During those early days I felt a real lack of support and guidance, so I have a passion to support other parents going through similar feeding experiences.
