Bio: I am a mum to two beautiful boys and a wife.
 I am a Canterbury based Postnatal Doula, Mindful Breastfeeding Supporter, Baby Yoga and Baby Massage Teacher. As a Postnatal Doula, I believe that the 4th trimester should be spent with you feeling rested and well supported which will promote healing and recovering and most importantly bonding between you and your new family.
