Bio: I am a mother to two very energetic and loving boys. I breastfed both my children, each journey very different which taught me a lot and showed me the importance of having support and information.

Supporting new parents and families is a huge passion of mine. Offering the support, care and rest they deserve once their baby is earth side and helping them through such a big life transition is what I strive to do. Having a holistic approach to my work is also important and valuing the mind/body connection, which is why I loved training with the Mindful Breastfeeding school, such a great fit for me.
